How do I determine the right size for my wedding gown?
Our gowns are handcrafted to standard sizes (Ready-to-Wear) or made to your specific measurements depending on the style. We recommend viewing our comprehensive Size Guide or booking a virtual consultation with an online stylist to ensure a perfect fit.
What is the lead time for a made-to-order dress?
To ensure the highest quality craftsmanship, we typically require 6 to 12 months for made-to-order gowns. If your wedding is sooner, please explore our 'Ready-to-Wear' collection which is available for immediate dispatch.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide via DHL Express. Shipping costs and delivery timeframes vary by location, and any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.
Can I return my gown if I change my mind?
Due to the delicate nature of our lace and the custom production of our gowns, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. We do, however, offer exchanges or store credit on 'Ready-to-Wear' items within 7 days of receipt, provided they are in original condition.
What fabrics do you use in your collections?
We specialize in unique, high-quality stretch laces, premium silks, and eco-friendly materials. Our gowns are designed for comfort and movement, intentionally avoiding restrictive boning or corsetry.
How should I care for my lace gown after the wedding?
We recommend professional dry cleaning only. For long-term storage, keep your gown in the provided Grace Loves Lace garment bag in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight to preserve the delicate fibers.
